Idle problem gone bad...real bad...

Hey,

I've got a 1991 NX2000

I car would idle at about 750rpm. When I came to a stop light the car would dip all the way to below 500 and then go up to 1000 numerous times. It did this for a while. A few days ago the car (when coming to a stop) dipped to below 500 and just died. I tried to restart it, but with no luck. When I try to start it you can hear the starter spinning like mad...but nothing else happens. I took out the spark plugs to see if there is hydrolock. For some reason I have had problems with fuel injectors in this car. There are no pistons that are swimming in fuel...but there is fuel in the oil pan...I think I have a fuel problem of some sort. Any ideas? Thanks a ton!
