You subtract 128 from the blue values in the timing map only, and this is only after you convert the HEX value to DEC.

I use the windows calculator for this. Switch it over to scientific mode, youll see in the upper left hand corner where it says, hex, dec, oct, bin.

To convert HEX to DEC, click the HEX option, type in the HEX value, then click the DEC option and you now have your DEC value.
