$875 was a decent price. I have a new house with a three stall garage. I went to the annual home and garden show and got the show discount. Thats the best way to get deals for your house. They honor those prices sometimes a month after the show. I was told that older homes can cost quite a bit due to older concrete and crackes. They also have to clean the floor, and older homes have nasty garage floors.
