I use a 9E000 on my SR20E. I have since my first oil change. I know that Nissan issued an TSB saying that some early SE SR20 motors could use the 9E000, but they were not sure which ones so it is recommended that everyone use the 65F00. Interestingly my sister's 96 Maxima uses the same oil filter, front and rear brake pads, and I believe front and rear calipers as my car. Well at least before I put the 13" Brembo kit on.
