Pfsantos ...driv'n like I stole it Join Date: Aug 2005 Location: Toronto, Canada Trader Rating: 0 (0%)	Well, I went looking at the wiring diagrams, and noticed the brake light is connected to the charge light ground path via a diode. Don't know why the electrical engineer(s) decided to turn on the brake light any time the charge light is on. The diode prevents the alt light coming on because of the brake light (i.e. when you have low brake fluid or the parking brake on).
