This is an option, although I've heard their stateside customer service really sucks. "Rebuildability" is a major concern since I don't want to have to drop $2k+ every time they need to be rebuilt just to get brand new units.

For this reason, I am currently leaning toward Tein RS's or Ground Control Advance Designs. I had the latter on my Civic hatch, and they are amazing. Customer service was great, rebuilding is easy, and the construction was top-notch. I would also consider an offering from Koni if I were made aware of one in this range.

Ultimately I will know my ride height within 0.5 - 1", and have a spring rate and damping rates nailed down, so I only have to specify these things to (for instance) Koni and have them build something to my specifications. Off-the-shelf will have to do until I get to this point though.
