From what i recall, just looking at the PS pump and its internals...the problem lies in the shaft to hold the pulley, IIRC its a splined shaft, so that being said, I would have to collect some old units to reuse the main shaft. I dont have the means to create the splines on there. So, yeah, thats the tough part, and knowing nissan, they probably used some trick bearing in there that isnt quite off the shelf...but ill take a look at it, possibly in the spring time.
