Man if your going that far, why even bother with stock filters....with a remote filter location, you can upgrade to the large chefy/ford filters (additional oil volume, more if you run a dual filter setup).
Wix makes some nice ones at 25 micron filtration and less than 2 psi loss at 4 gpm with some other trick stuff, i think it would be worth it.
