You would want to use a "Slide hammer" from Auto Zone or one of your friendly neighborhood auto parts store. psst.. Auto Zone rents them out for a fee that is %100 refundable , but out of the five Auto Zones in my area I have only meet one counter help person that actually knows what a "Slide hammer" is. heh..
