is there a general # to work with there? I mean, 5 bar base pressure is obviously a bit excessive, but how high can the stock system go before lines burst, o-rings leak, etc. ? all this assuming the pump can support it, of course. wouldn't it also be boost dependant on turbo applications, too? ie: a 4 bar setup at 20 psi boost runs a max of 79-80 psi (1:1) but a system running 4.3 bar (62 psi or so) fuel pressure and 15 lbs of boost will max out around 77 psi. does it have more to do with the constant strain, or on the max part-time operating pressures?
