If you can see the Japanese text then use www.altavista.com to translate sections of text. Yes, the C3 cams will provide more power then the s4's but they also require new springs and retainers. The VE is the way to go with our cars if you want a daily driven NA car. It's really not that complicated as far as the VE is concerned. Just think variable valve timing and lift for a Nissan. You can also trigger the intake and the exhaust separately. This smoothes out the power spike from the switch. Expect 170-175 whp with a VE and about a high 13-second full interior car. The sr20ve also has more torque then the average Acura v-tech engine.
