Couple thoughts.
1) You need to take care of the heater hoses that run behind the head before you put the engine in the car. You will need to buy adapter hoses from
www.heavythrottle.com or adapt existing to work.

The two wire plug above the 4 wire plug in that picture is for the Knock Sensor. You can switch the plug with soldering pretty easily. Make sure you cut the plug off the KA harness very close to the plug so you have plenty of room to soldier a the SR plug on to it. Or swap the ka knock sensor onto the sr.
