Those are
Ground Control bumpstops. I know, I bought a set of their "Soft, progressive 19-24mm strut" snubbers (haven't put them on yet, though) for $12/ea. It looks like you've gotten the wrong name attached to that info, since ES has two whole pages of universal bumpstops. Also, while I have no direct experience, I've been told that the ES bumpstops (made of their polyurethane) are far too stiff for our cars. That logic seems to make sense to me, esp. given that Koni & GC use
foam-like bumpstops...
