$200-250. In just raw materials it will add maybe $25ish on top of what a consult-on-board db costs, but the assembly time will be more. It depends on how much stuff is actually stuffed on there. Whats really important? What makes it a worthwhile product?

Directly the board should be able to drive relays (thus do a basic nitrous or cam switching control), but to do the progressive nitrous will require an extra box. I estimate cost of the extra box at $100.
