Dropped the tranny last night. 4.5 hours for a first timer.
The drain plug was still there

the fluid looked good too, no metal in it. The PP looks good based on a quick visual inspection. The release fork is pretty sticky and the TOB is a bit sticky too, but working. I can see why clutch engagement was a bit sticky when the tranny was warm. I'll for sure replace the TOB and hopefully the whole clutch kit. I'm cracking the tranny open tonight. No leaking seals, no oil in the bell housing so looking good so far. Hopefully the gears are in good shape and all it needs is some new bearings.
I must say that this car is such a breeze to work on compared to every-other I've bled on.
