Yep! That does suck.

I took good care of the tranny too. It has 108k miles on it and I changed the juice at 40k and again about 10k ago. Most of these bearings fail around 60k so I guess I milked a bit more out of it.

Since I never had any problems getting it to shift and there are no seal leaks, I'm going to (hopefully) cash in on some good karma and just have the input shaft bearings replaced.
