Matt_S SE-R Newbie Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Essex, UK Trader Rating: 0 (0%)	Can anyone tell me the std lifts and duration for the RWD S14 SR20DE? Im having REAL trouble finding them. Ive found S13 SR20DE specs but not the S14 with VVT I need to know soon. I just want to know if its gonna be worth using the DE inlet cam (afaik the exh are the same between DE and DET) in my DET build. And if so should I use the DE springs too??? Thanks.
