I checked on a cusco catalog. There is a rear plate listed. Adjustable and non adjustable.
Here are the part numbers.
212 420 A, 212 421 AS.
I believe the 420A is the adjustable model.
So I'm guessing the adjustable rear plate would be a good item to work off of.

I ran the same Cusco rear adjustable camber plates on my NX; and yes the plates do need to be shaved to fit the B13 strut tower. In my opinion, they work really well and my NX gained about an inch of height in the rear, which is what I was looking for. I found my NX to perform much better at near stock ride height, I did not enjoy my NX when it was dropped to the ground like everyone else.
