Midwest Caravan!!

Alright, well I live in Kansas City, MO and I want to get some people to drive down to the convention with me. Its only A 24 hour drive. Thats 12 hours one day, and 12 hours the next day. If anyone around the midwest wants to go down, get in touch with me. Do we have any idea of cost yet? Hopefully I'll find someone to drive down with me, because that long of a drive would suck by myself. If someone wants to ride, they can ride in my car with me.

Ok, we are going to drive to Albuquerque the first night, then try and find an se-r person there to stay with. This is wednesday, then thursday we'll finish out the drive. If anyone in Albuquerque would let us, probably two of us, stay the night, then drive out with us, thatd be cool.

Well, if I can get it to fit in the schedule, I'm definately up for a caravan. I'll probably bring the Spec though, so you guys have to be nice. I know it's not an SR power'd car, but it's the only one with more than 4 gears left.

I might be able to house a number of you. I live outside Albuquerque about 50 miles west, in a place called Paguate (zip 87040). Its my moms place, but shes pretty cool having complete strangers crash at the house. Weve got plenty of room if you dont mind sleeping on the floor or loft. Plus if you need to do any tune ups or manintanence, my shop is only a 3 mile drive from the house.

Ill be leaving that thursday as well for Phoenix, spend the night there and finish the drive on friday. Ill be caravan'n with the PHX guys that are going.

We don't plan on going down that far. It would be way too far out of the way IMO...

Well, if you guys stay the night some where in NM like Yah. said, it wouldnt be too much further south to drive and meet up with us somewhere. If you are goign straight thru, it would be I think. Let us know what you all decide!

Sounds good, but you guys figure out what you want to do. Then, when time gets closer, we can all "synchronize" our watches, so that we can all meet at the right time. Should be fun if it all works out.

Do you want to meet me in KC, and we can go from there? You can stay at my house one night, then we'll all move out the next day.

lol, that's what I'm thinking. If it's 24 hrs from KC, that means it's 31-32 hrs from here...

Are any of you guys going to make the track event on Friday? I'm thinking about leaving Phoenix on Thursday sometime, so i can get to the hotel that afternoon/evening and have enough time to prep for the track event the next morning....
