What about your hearing!? You should wear some ear plugs!

24 hours with a 3" exhaust at 4-5k RPM will make you go deaf!

I'm shovin' a pinecone in the muffler or something!

Yeah, I know.. I will probably bring some earplugs, and wear them on/off. That, and I'll put the restrictor in the end of my the muffler so it's a little more quiet. I'm just praying to make it there in one piece. Plus, no A/C is going to SUCK going through the desert. We're going to have to time it so that we pass through there at night.

interested... when you say mike k. is gonna be there tuning cars, does that include cam gears, or just tweaking ignition timing, fuel pressure, sensors, .....?

I doubt cam gears because you have to rip off the valve cover. Maybe if you go early and theres extra time left at the end.

cam gears couldnt be accomplished on one strapdown. you would need to test it, take it off, adjust timing, then restrap.
