Ok, this may have been heavily considered for some reason or another, but what about using Central Park for the picnic?
I'm just wondering why that hasn't been mentioned. I've never been to NY before, so excuse my ignorance if its for some obvious reason. It just seems like it's such a famous place, that it would be great for a big picnic. Maybe not, who knows...somebody educate me.

While Central Park is a great place to walk around and so forth it would be a complete nightmare to try to get 50+ cars to that area. First you have to get into the city and then you have to find parking.
Central Park is a no no. It is non car friendly, Manhattan is strictly off bounds for any gathering. I know track day is in Pennsylvania, but is going to be a multistate thing?

+1.... how many states are we planning on covering with this?
and, while I'm posting somewhere, is there going to be a cruise with as many members as possible, like some nice backroad, where I can put my cameras to good use?

Not on the forum much lately since neck injury - we'll be back at it soon, babying the n00bies.
JWT S4, HS 6, Home Depot Intake, Hypercoil 2s w/ KYB "GR-Poo", CF Sunroof Delete panel, and other crap - where's my interior?
Ok ok....like I said...I had no clue, so that's why I asked. So I get the idea that it's impossible to get to and there is nowhere to park. 'nuff said.
Sounds like Torry has been watching a little too much "Friends".
Josh
It's a good show!
But seriously, it's weird...because I've been all over the world, and to almost every major city in the U.S......except for the northeast. I've never been northeast of D.C. I can't wait to do so!
