filming at the connvention?

does anyone have any kind of filming/ publication rights as far as motion footage taken at the conventin? I'm working on a project that's going to involve filming a few of the local (nj) cars doing their thing, and while chances of publication are very slim at best for the final product, I don't want to step on anyone's toes.
