In order to discourage people from waiting until the last minute to register as well as to discourage mass quantities from just showing up at the convention expecting us to have hundreds of extra t-shirts and food for them at the picnic, we will be increasing the prices for everything effective MAY 1, 2006. This also includes those of you have registered prior to May 1. If you haven't paid by May 1, this will affect you! Not only is this to discourage everyone but also to help the organizers relax. We want to be out there having fun with everyone rather than to be counting money and doing math (it hurts our brains too!)

Pricing will be as follows:

What it is currently:

Track Event $150 (SERCA members) & $175 (non-members)
Raffle tickets $5 each, 5 for $20 and 15 for $50
T-shirts $10 each
Catered picnic $12 each

Prices after 5/1/06:

Track Event $200 for members and non-members
T-shirts $15 each
Catered picnic $17 each
Raffle tickets will remain the same since we usually do sell many tickets at the picnic and there really is no additional work


Please make all necessary arrangements to get yourself registered and paid prior to May 1, 2006.
