That's right folks the last day to secure your hotel room is Sunday April 9th!

After that, all our alotted rooms will be released to the general public! So, if you still need to book your convention hotel room do it ASAP or else you are out of luck!

*The Cutoff date does not include track hotel. This cutoff date is for the Embassy Suites in Parsipanny NJ which we will be staying at on Friday and Saturday.

*edit*The number for the hotel is: 973-334-1440

All reservations can be made mentioning "SE-R Convention" to get the Group rate.

i just tried calling at 11:00, must not take calls when banks are closed..weird

looks like ill be showing up thursday night around midnight so ill be at the embasy suites on thursday, fridy,saturday nights. hope fully they will give me da bomb hookup for thursday. caouse i will tired from driving

When I called, it rang a bunch of times before anyone picked up. Anyway, just want to be clear that while you're welcome to stay at the Embassy, the majority of the crowd will be at the Howard Johnson's in Bartonsville, PA on Thursday night. The rest of us won't show up to the Embassy until Friday evening. Also, the HoJo is a little closer for you if you're worried about a lot of driving (about an hour closer for you)

The deadline to make reservations under the group name and at the discounted rate has passed. You may still call the hotel and make reservations. As far as we know, they still have rooms left open for the general public.

I just called and they have no more 2 double bed rooms, only king rooms with the pullout. The group rate is not in the system anymore but she was able to find it with some looking around. She said the hotel is "filling up quickly" as apparently there is some other last-minute event that is in the area that weekend.

I called and double confirmed this. There are no rooms left for that weekend. They have a hotel 2 miles away though.
