I'll represent a little STL w/ some Schlafly's - yes, STL has more than AB. Any CO guys coming out? I'm a big fan of Fat Tire, but they won't let it past the Mississippi River (and I don't feel like driving across the river when I want one).
Josh you are now wrong! They have been bringing Fat Tire to Chicago legally for the pat 2 months.
Damn, I got owned. Atleast it is in IL now. I'll have to search some out. This idea sounds like a drunk-fest.
What's the over/under on how many of the youngster's ask for some Natural Light or Bud light? Or (no offense to the CO guys) I can't drink Coors Light - no flavor.
The crazy thing is that right now you can only get it in Chicago, and in 22oz bottles. You can't get it in the suburbs. This will change by summer from what they say. They also don't offer any other New Belgium brews.
Hey, there's this stuff available on Redstone Arsenal that's *unique* to the area... it comes in flat white cans, and says BEER. The box is plain white with similar lettering.
It tastes like Milwaukee's Beast with a little old lemon Gatorade in for flavor. Only $1.99/six! Want some?
Also, I suggest a taste test of sorts... set out a buncha little groups of bathroom-size cups of different brews, and have everyone guess what the hell it is. Hours of fun if you've got enough.

Not on the forum much lately since neck injury - we'll be back at it soon, babying the n00bies.
JWT S4, HS 6, Home Depot Intake, Hypercoil 2s w/ KYB "GR-Poo", CF Sunroof Delete panel, and other crap - where's my interior?
Greg there are actually quite a few GOOD local breweries in eastern PA area. The biggest problem with PA is that you have to buy everything in a case from a beer store.
There is a great beer store in Allentown not terribly far away but again you have to buy in cases. (BTW Matt they have dreadnaught. Its $70 a case)
There is a brewery in Easton which is near the convention called Weyerbacher that makes some pretty good beers. One being called Blithering Idiot which lives up to its name.
Oh man i just moved to bethlehem, and someone was just telling me about that blithering idiot the other day.
Grega please let me know what you are bringing, I would hate to double up on the same stuff. By the way what part of Ct. are you from? If you would like to caravan down we have quite a crew going down.

Haven't decided; I plan to hit CT Beverage Mart or Amity a couple days in advance. I'm also doing a brew pub cruise this weekend (southbound down I-91 from central VT to CT) so I may pick something up then...

I live in Middletown, shop is in Wallingford. I'm probably leaving Thursday mid-afternoon to head to Pocono for the Friday track event. Look to get passed by a white 1-ton 15-passenger Ford van pulling a black enclosed trailer (no team decals - if you tuck in tight to the back of the trailer you can probably keep up...)
