Still have several t-shirts left as seen above. We are getting together tomorrow to send out the t-shirts that have been paid-for so far. If you want a t-shirt and haven't let us know and/or haven't paid yet, I'd suggest you do so. After tomorrow, who knows when the next time we'll get together to do "post-convention" stuff will be!

Where's my XL shirt? It's been over 2 weeks, how long does it take to just drop it in the mail...it's not like it hasn't been paid for.
Keep in mind those of us who are working on this have jobs and lives also. We don't sell shirts for a living.
Having said that priority is going first to refunding money to folks who didn't make the track day, shipping out shirts bought before the convention, shipping out raffle prizes people won at the convention and lastly shipping out the shirts that are left over. Sorry thats just how it is.
Never again will I organize or co-organize one as yes it's almost a month since and I'm still doing convention stuff. I know everyone had a good time and most appreciate the work we as a team put into it, but it's just too much work.
Believe it or not that is the most diplomatic I could write this email.

Priorities... I understand, everybody has them.
So I'll be "diplomatic" as well... and just say "Thank you for clearing that up".
Everyone - please be patient! Ray was extremely burnt-out after the convention and, as many who were there can attest, I can't blame him! Two weeks after the convention I went to Ray's house and helped him put a lot of stuff together. We had planned on mailing everything out but a friend's car that had been in Ray's garage since the convention needed help getting fixed, started, and moved. Ray's been extremely busy since the convention with work and personal stuff and he's slowly getting caught up. Trust me though when I say that he WILL catch up with all of you no matter how long it takes. If there is an issue or something that you're waiting for and it's not taken care of, don't bitch about it publicly. Send me an e-mail (kieran at kieranlavin dot com) or PM me and I'll look into it for you. I'm fairly good friends with Ray and I had a hard time getting a hold of him for personal reasons for the past few days... he's busy!
Did anyone notice on the list of sponsors, it says "Perfromance Drivers Association" I didnt know until I wore the shirt out to a bar with some buddies the other day and they pointed it out.
