For future reference, if that happens then pit and tell the grid worker. They can radio to the corner workers to have them watch out for him, and then black flag him if necessary.

I honestly dont know who the girls were in the pool. But to answer your question obviously people should take responsibility for there own actions. I was talking from an outsiders perspective as if nothing was known, but you did inform us that he admitted it. Hopefully everything is smoothed out and everyone can move on.

As right as you are, the black flag would have done nothing for him.
I forget if he spun out on the South course or not.
