Couple of Panoramic Shots

Trying out a feature of my new Canon:

The Picnic:

The B14's on display:

This feature is pretty impressive considering Jackson Dufus decided to close his hood, stand next to the passenger door of his car and look straight at the camera IN THE MIDDLE of the pan. The first time the software assembled the pics it showed a ghost of him standing there on the left. The software allows for manual repositioning of the 'stitching' and it magically removed him(and the hood issue) once I manually adjusted it. Thanks Russ for showing me how good the Canon software is.

I'll post more pics later as these are my only panoramic shots.

I was obsessing about that camera for a while now. Now, I'm looking at either the A640 or G7 because of the 10 MP. They are also more compact than the S3 IS. However, despite the S3 IS's 6 MP, I still like the camera for all the features it has (including a 12x optical zoom!)

If you are at least half serious about photography. The best canon for the price out there is the Canon Rebel Xti. That camera owns.

The pictures are pretty good though

I agree but the Rebel is too big for me. I've been given enough grief from friends about the size of my smaller S3 IS!

I have a 2 year old Canon Rebel XT with a couple of diff lens, and it takes phenomenal pictures in auto and manual modes.

I go on alot of vacations with theme parks and what not.... it sucks when I got this big azz camera hanging off my neck. Usually woman takes the point n shoot Olympus Stylus 740 I got her, its small and takes very nice pics.

I am in the same boat. I have a Nikon D70, and the GF has a nice little canon elf or something like that.
