Its about time, someone admits the truth! It does not seem like their will be a convention for '08. So i am setting up a Convention on my own for the NE. I am waiting for PDA to release their '08 schedule & im going to pic a day from it and use time around that weekend. I am going to do the event on the saturday & have a picnic on the sunday. Im going to post all the information for the Hotel & everyone can just call and make reservations etc. I have talked to over 10 forum members & a handfull of locals that are interested. is their anyone else out their that might be interested?

so why is everything about vegas so secretive? i havent seen any updates, all past conventions had dates set already. also, if its in oct it too long in between conventions imo. maybe one of the organizers from vegas could step it up and give an update? is that too much to ask?

I have to agree with Rob. Why so secretive?? It's starting to piss me off. If it's really going to be Vegas I need to plan the trip RIGHT NOW!!! (as well as everyone else here I'm sure)

I'm not disagreeing with you in the least. I think that some tentative dates should also be given. Just don't want to see there be two conventions happening at the same time. That would suck, especially since there are quite a few members that I would like to finally meet in person.
the time is now or never.. NE is so much closer to me and i would be intrested in going...

sorry, didnt mean as if i was calling you out on anything tek! im still ok with the convention in vegas, even if it ends up being in oct. Jr set up one of the biggest nissan meets i been to in 05, so if he wants to setup a track day in may,the nyc area will show and imo would blow away last yrs convention 10 fold. it could be the "warm up" to 08. i, like most others just dont know why its been months and no updates. oh well, i know im going in may, and what happens in vegas if anything, time will tell....

I know some of the guys in Ct. would do this.... being so close. I know we are also willing to go to Vegas too if any it happens. Just make sure they have a good place to get some drinks

I don't care where it is - now that the car is finished (again & for the time being) I WILL be there.
