T Shirts

Well folks, we have an interesting problem to deal with here. And a solution that everyone is sure to enjoy.

I had to order the shirts back at the beginning of March to be sure they would be ready for the convention. At that time, not many smaller sizes (s & m) had been ordered. Then it turned out we could not get small in the color we picked. So I slightly upped the order for med to include those who had ordered small and some extras for those who registered later. It turns out there are more smaller people than I anticipated. So, during registration on Thursday night, we ran out of medium shirts. People were kind enough to take large in place of medium, leaving us short on large shirts. These circumstances create the problem.

Now the solution. The guy we had make our shirts still has the screens and has agreed to make additional shirts for us. Since I have to make a few anyways, I can get as many extras made as requested. This run will be in royal blue only. If you preordered and did not make it to the convention, whatever size you ordered will be coming to you soon. Note that if you ordered small you will still get medium. We do have a few shirts left and they will be sent via USPS. I am going to open this up to anyone else who would like to order a shirt. This will be a group buy and the link is below. ONLY order shirts in the group buy if you want additional shirts. If you already paid but didn't receive shirts because you didn't attend, those will be in my order.

GET A SHIRT! These are BY FAR the best looking convention t-shirts yet. Louis Llaprad kicked ass on these puppies. You will not be dissapointed!

I asked Joe the samething, and he said in his size, the shirts were correct. I wear a Large, but recently the larges have felt like XLs. I think they are a little on the smaller side, so if you normally wear a L, get a L.

I'm running a little behind because of work. The order will go in on Friday. If you wanted one of these you still have a chance to jump in now.

Ok, here is the latest update.

We are having some trouble with our printer. Before the convention, he had no job, so our shirts were a high priority as he needed the money. In talking to Torry last week, the shirt guy is now employed so our shirts fall into the "when I can get to it" category. Torry was going to pressure him this week, and if he isn't going to get this done very soon, we will have to find another printer.

Rest assured that we will see this through to the end. If you have paid for shirts, you will get them. Please just continue to be patient.

Thanks,
Joe

Just an update...

We are using a different printer for this run of shirts, but I've sent them the artwork, and they are going to order the blanks tomorrow for them. So I should have them in about a week or two, and you all should have yours less than a week from then. So about 2-3 weeks from now you should have one.

Good news, but be patient. The shirts showed up today, and I will be working on getting everything labelled for mailing. BUT - I have to work 12 hours the next 2 days and my dad is scheduled for bypass sugery on Friday afternoon or Monday morning. It will be the first of the week till I get these out, but we are one step closer.

Great news - Dad is out of the hospital and doing well again. I've had a couple of very busy weeks at work, I plan on getting on the packing of shirts this weekend. I'm hoping to get all shirts out by the end of next week. thanks to everyone for being so patient.

I am typing labels today. Greg sent me the original address list from when you registered for the convention. I have the addresses that I received if you ordered post convention. If any addresses have changed, contact me today as I am doing all I can to get these out tomorrow.
