converting b14 to wide 4-hole rim pattern

has anyone tried to convert the b14 200sx se-r wheel hubs to a wide four pattern like the g20s , older altimas, 240sx and spec v's???

PS, the B13 and B14 are ther same bolt pattern, 4x100

The G20, B15, 240sx(4 lug) are this pattern 4x114.3

I would love some 17s off the Spec-V, but I asume it would cost some outrageous amount of money to convert to 4x114.3... maybe not though... anyone know?
