Where can I get info to rebuild my 1.6 5spd?

Does the info come in a Haynes repair manual? I need to replace 3rd and 4th gear in my tranny.

Nismob14SX has the same problem, i dont know where you are located but www.level10.com is a great place to get rebuilds at.

okay, i don't know if it helps, but in mine, the synchronizer spring was bent. Turns out I didn't have it fully in gear when I shifted. dammit. luckily, it's like, under 100 bucks are your local dealership.
