defogger problem

Ive never owned a 200sx before so Im not sure if this is normal. It was pouring outside today and cold at the same time so I turn on the heat to the floor vent and the defogger and also hit the defogger switch with the temp turned all the way to heat.

The car was still fogging up inside. What does that mean? that the defogger isnt working? It looks to me as if it is working though since it starts to clear up the back window. Not really sure if its just the car.

any opinions?

back window defogger is the wires running through the back window, so that has nothing to do with the air. it just heats the wires inside the glass.

the air, well, was it still warm?

the air is warm but not hot.

I dont know whats normal for b14s but in by b15 after about 2 minutes all my windows will be unfogged and the temperature inside would be warm.
