HELP SER won't move!!!

OK my buddy just got a 98 SER 5 speed and it runs, idles, and revs great. The problem that we are having is that is has no ass to it. When you try to take it threw the RPMS it is really sluggest and has a hard time getting to redline. It is running like the exhaust is clogged up but we have gutted the cat on it. It has a check engine light on for the cat,O2,knock sensor, and IAC motor. will any of these make it run like this. remember the cat is gutted. so that maybe the reason why we are getting the cat and O2 code.

which o2 sensor code are you throwing, if it is the first one then that could be why, but if it is the second one then its not gonna do anything the second O2 sensor is just for monitoring the cat

Yes. If primary o2 sensor is shot, the ECU will automatically dump a lot of fuel, because it cannot calculate your AFR. It's pulling it's readings elsewhere if the o2 is bad. Mine went out and my mileage started getting worse, and the car started to feel like it had no go go juice. Changed o2 sensors and it started running ballsy again

the o2 code if its the front will cause some sh*tty performance..blk smoke might appear from the rear..before pulling anymore codes pull ur dip stick and smell the oil..i bet theirs some high octane in their...dumping all that fuel will elad to spun bearings.a bad iacv will make ur car idle like a v8 and allow more air to bypass the throttle plate..i think if u ks is thorwing a code then ur timing might be pulled
