? and don't understand

Ok got a stock DET in my B14. Whenever i am under boost and i change gears and push the gas...... it is like dead no boost. i have slow down a bit the the boost will kick in. It is almost like it hits a brick wall. Any one run into a problem like this

ohh ok check the vacuum lines or the wastegate spring maybe theres no vacuum or the spring isnt the right one for the psi ur running

is the blow off valve recirculating back into the intake pipe, or is it just blowing off into the atmosphere

The problem lies there then. Not a blow through setup? If it is not the bov is letting out metered air causing the car to run really rich between shifts. Making the car kinda bog until it can recover. Make it a blow through or recirc the bov.

To make sure it is indeed the bov and not a tuning issue, you can tighten the BOV (if it's adjustable) and set the decel air function on the AFC per the manual. If the throttle response gets better, recirc or blow through as recommended above. If it doesn't change, check the plugs and consult a wideband ASAP.
