I believe the Modine is thicker than the Nismo one. It also costs less w/ a 300ZX TT cap from Carlos. The Modine fits like stock and I think cools better. It also has a gloss black coating, i.e. no rusting and better looking. The Modine is very high quality. If I need to replace it, I'm getting another Modine.
