Odd Noise

I'm guessing I have a spring that's going bad, but I'm curious of other people's opinions before I go out buying expensive stuff to find out I was wrong. My front left corner creaks when the suspension travels a bit like going over a pothole at normal cruising speeds, or even if I go into a right curve and pull the wheel in to the right a bit, it almost sounds like metal stressing but it doesn't do it when I bounce that corner by pushing on it or if I jack that corner up. Consequently that is also the same side with a positive 1.2 caster (not sure how as I've never hit a curb and it was fine before this last New Years, personally I blame the Louisiana State roads when I drove to Texas for Christmas, they killed my struts as well). I'm also using stock springs with KYB GR2's in front and back if this helps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First thing, do you have a CAI or any pipes going through your fender?? Check to see if they are rubbing on metal.
