I was glueing my nissan emblem onto my car because I just hooked up my sentra grille. I should have put the emblem on before I put the grille in, but I am an idiot. So as I was doing some super glue dropped on my car. I tried to wipe it up but i just spread it out. Does anyone know any tricks to get it off. I tried goo-gone and paint thinner.

For Future Reference: Use 3M double sided adhesive tape for that stuff
They sell stuff that removes the glue, but I would be afraid that it could fawk up your paint....

Absolute easiest thing to use is fingernail polish remover, which has the above referenced acetone in it. And it should not mess up your paint, as it did not mess up mine when I had to use it.

Acetone is the active ingredient. If there's no acetone, it won't remove acrylate glue. As for where to get nail polish remover, ask any girl over the age of ten. Test it in an inconspicuous place, first.
How about getting super glue off of say, cloth seats? Dont ask how it got there, lets just say im a moron and dont want a gob of glue on my seat.

Bringing this thread back from the dead; I want to ask you... the nail polish remover did NOT remove your clear coat?!
I ask because I had a tube of superglue explode on my side skirt, got most of it off using polish/wax/scratch remover ** it dried, but there's some that exists (at least the color is clear and not white now)... I'm super worried about removing the clear coat since my sideskirts are so shiney.
Stupid super glue = evil
