Convention Hotel Information, PLEASE READ!
Hey guys, I found out that the hotels took our group rate off on 5/13 but I just talked to them to get it straightened out.
They have extended our group rate price until 5/26. But that means you MUST reserve a room by then!
There are lots more people registered than they are hotel reservations, and we need to make sure we hit our number on hotel reservations so we don't get charged for them. We need to try to book 13 more rooms before 5/26!
Once again, price is $119 for an Embassy Suites room or $89 for a Marriott room. The hotels are side by side and either of them count towards our block of rooms. So please, please reserve one ASAP!
All ES rooms have either 2 queens and a sleeper sofa or 1 king and a sleeper sofa, so you can easily fit 3 people (all with beds to sleep on) in an ES room. 6 if you want to get cozy. And the Marriott isn't a bad deal either. Splitting it with one other person is only $45/night.
