Simply take a look at the B13 rear from the rear looking forward. The tire is right next to the oem perch. GC sleeve sits on the perch and slightly above the tire. Almost zero room with a 205 because it hits the perch or the tire (can't remember which first). If you cut the perch and move the sleeve down have just made the tube 50% thicker in diameter, now the GC sleeve is going to hit the tire if you go too low.
