original thread

I bought a turbo set up from a fellow member here and the transaction was very smooth. The seller, Jeremy, was very good in keeping contact with me and gladly answered many questions that I had regarding running a gtir turbo set up on my nx2000. The items came in boxed very well, and everything was wrapped in the box.
Thumbs up on that, however....
The ecu he sent me was from a CA18, NOT GTI-R.
Unfortunately, I was not able to tell the difference until the car was getting the overhaul. I, like many on this forum, gather parts slowly and then put them all together.
After confirming that the ECU he had sent me was the incorrect ECU, I have tried on numerous occasion to see if the two of us could come to an agreement. I do understand that I did wait quite a long time to install the ecu and do the actual swap, but at the same token I put trust into the buyer.
Later it came to my attention that the parts I have purchased are Third Party parts, by that I mean they did not belong to the buyer, they were off a blown motor that the buyer's brother was in possession of.
I honestly would not buy parts that are third party, nobody in their right mind would. Regardless, please see the below PMs that have flowed back and fourth:

It seems as though the ECU that I got here is for a CA18, not the GTI-R.
I think it is for the ca18, I have posted a thread on it here

Can you please check and see if you still have the GTIR ECU, please get back to me, Thanks!

I hope somebody can shed some light on this on the forum. If this is in fact the CA18 ecu we will need to try to come to some sort of arrangement.
Thanks!

I dont think I can run those injectors with a stock ecu. Even if I could I really would not want to, it would defeat the purpose of building a custom rail, and installing the resistors.
THanks for your quick responses Jeremy, I really appreciate it man.

Meanwhile I have been posting in the Thread regarding the issue, and have got great luck with Danny from florida who kindly sent me the proper ecu. I continued to post in the thread I started requesting G-Unit91 to PM me, or reply to my PMs so we can put this behind us, however I noticed he was not online much so I allowed the time to pass, hoping that when he does come online he does check PMs and reads them.
That was not the case so I pursued with more PMs.

No reply, but he is online and posting things, just not checking PMs, or the thread regarding our issue.

I see you online and posting in threads however you seem not to be able to reply to my PMs.
I have been very patient in waiting for you to reply to me and have not ruined all your threads and left negative feedback as many others would have.
I feel as though I should at least get some sort of reply from you. You have been a great seller, and I do appreciate all the questions you have answered for me, however at this point I would like to come to an agreement regarding the incorrect ECU.
Kindly reply to this PM.
Thanks,

I honestly did not want to bring so much attention toward this matter, but at this point I had no choice. I have stated many times that Jeremy is a great seller, and was very kind to me and answered questions regarding the kit, but now he just doesn't want to address this issue.
He got this ECU from somebody else, and should have checked it when he bought it, or checked it when he sent it to me. I should have checked it when i got it. We need to come to a resolution.
