I've been on b15sentra.net and it looks like Unlucky is Trav4011 over there. Seems like he is busy with the VQ35 to Spec-V swaps. His swaps run the quarter in 12.9 @ 105mph. He says the weight placement and difference is negligable and it's lighter than a SR20DET swapped Spec V by about 40lbs. He also says, there is no noticeable increase in body roll or negative handling characteristics with a VQ35 in a Spec V.
I hope he hasn't forgotten the B13. A VQ35/B13 would have to be one of the most popular swap kits ever,especially with VQ engines and transmissions in junk yards all over the country. Anyone know the best way to get a reply from Travis?
