Ahe-ahem:
  1. That's a good thing to use the Search feature for.
  2. Usually, yes.
  3. Practically none, except that the JDM engine has fewer emissions gear parts, like no EGR (required in some states, noted above).
  4. Yes and yes. Or any other header, for that matter (OBX, Pacesetter, Stillen, et cetera). I think the JDM intake with a header would be ideal for simplicity's sake.
  5. No less reliable than a USDM engine, except that most importers prefer to sell 30k-40k mile (or fewer) engines, so in your case, you'd easily lose 60-70k miles of wear.
On the other hand, you also have a low-port engine, whereas most JDM engines are high-port, so it's not 100% plug'n'play for you. Try looking for the JDM/200SX thread, as this applies more directly to you ('94 was the first year of the low-port engine, by the way).
