Thanks fellas. Remember though, it's just a simple T25 setup, nothing too extraordinary if you think about it. I want take my time and really do things right. I've put a lot of hard work into it, so I'm glad you like it.

Yeah, I've seen some on the plug before too, but it freaked me out because it was a lot more than usual and I had only driven 500 miles.

I'm pretty sure it was from the grinding though. Man, I had no idea WTF was going on at first. I thought I put the clutch on wrong or there was something wrong with the new transmission, then I remembered seeing this:

Joe saved the day and he didn't even know it. I loosened the cable and instantly it turned to butter. I loooove the JWT clutch. It's got a perfect pedal feel (about the same as the old ACT HDSS, but it holds a lot more power) with a really short "throw." The short throw took a few miles to get used to, but once you get a feel for it, it's great.
