We know the dates for the convention.
Anyone who wants to get in on a room while the getting is cheap(er), book a room anywhere. As long as you're in town, you can always meet up with everyone else. I'll be booking a room somewhere... as long as it's on the strip. Other than that, I can always walk, drive, or grab a cab to meet up with everyone else if they're at a different hotel.
