You need to move this thread, it's in the wrong section.

XxTokeSxx is right, you need a cheap 1" wrench. All you have to do is get a grinder or dremel and grind the wrench in order for it to fit.

I'm not understanding your question about the pullies. The crank pulley is keyed so it will automatically orient itself with the crankshaft. The crank pulley has timing marks, so for tdc on #1 the second mark should match up with the timing pin on the front oil cover.
