B14: Whiteline LCAB and STB questions.

Guys,
I am hoping to complete my setup this summer--this includes front and rear strut tower bars and (possibly) a LCAB all the way from Australia. My questions are:

How much of noticeable difference does the LCAB make? Last time I checked the price including shipping this piece was hovering around $400, and that's quite a lot. Is it worth $400??

Also, will the strut tower brace from Whiteline for whatever car that our B14s match up to fit over an SR20? I don't know if that particular application crosses over to our cars. And is it stiff? I know that it's hard to find a brace for our cars that works as good as one should and cannot find any pictures on Whiteline's website of this piece to get a general idea of the quality of the bar. If anyone can post pics that would be great.

Thanks in advance.
