For tires go with the drag radials for the track, then get some street legal ones for daily. BF Goodrich tires are good as hell.
Ebay sells a fidanza lightweight flywheel with a exedy clutch, but if you are going to be running a big turbo you will want a act lightweight flywheel. If you have the 8 lb fidanza flywheel then you are just going to rip through gears, the act flywheel is about 3 pounds heavier so it will prevent that. Also, the clutch that comes with the kit is stage one, you will want a stage 3.
