So I'm assuming this is the case for 93 and up cars... and 91-92 they wired the horn through the interior harness? Sorry if I am confused. I am about to do an aftermarket wheel & momo hub in the 91 nx and want to be clear.

I drilled out the hole above, saw the brass/copper contact back there, but there was no power to that contact. Reason is, the power for the horn comes through the airbag circuit, the yellow-jacketed cabling with the flat connectors. When you install a Momo adapter you have to remove the clockspring, thus you lose the power wire going through the column.
The solution, thanks to Ray Kawski and Matt Ostlund, is to run the yellow/green wire from the spiral (clickspring) harness to the back of the wiper stalk assembly. That will provide power to the brass/copper contacts inside, to which the spring and the pin you create will touch.
