Man.. not sure.. the only difference between them, besides the high/low port admision is the OBDII stuff..

I know for sure you will have on your new 95 engine a rev & speed delimiter.

We all know also that swapping the cam shafts will give you about 4hp on your 95 engine..

But.. considering them both stock (with its equivalent ECUs and stuff), your question is quite interesting..
